Usher‘s child custody case is getting ugly in the court room.

The Confessions singer (full name: Usher Terry Raymond IV) has been on and off the stand in an Atlanta courtroom this week battling his ex-wife, Tameka Foster, for custody of their sons Usher Raymond V, 4, and Naviyd Ely Raymond, 3. Foster wants full custody and Usher, 33, is asking for increased visitation.

According to TMZ, Foster’s attorney accused Usher on Wednesday of cheating on his wife. When Usher claimed his ex brings nannies in and out of their children’s lives, Foster’s lawyer said, “Miss Williams actually traveled to Miami with you and baby Usher. She was a nanny for you, was she not? Miss Williams left Miami because you were discovered in bed with Maya Fox Davis?”

TMZ reports Davis was a bridesmaid at Usher and Foster’s wedding. Usher’s lawyer objected immediately arguing they were not trying a divorce case.

On Monday, Usher broke down and cried in court when Foster’s lawyer showed photos of him with friends in Europe, suggesting he cares more about partying than his children.

But the R&B artist made his own accusation against his ex-wife and testified she threw food and spit on his girlfriend. “Of course I tried my hardest to prevent the situation from escalating,” he said. “But she continued to swing, spit…It basically was an attack on [my girlfriend, Grace Miguel].”

Usher’s trial is now in recess and won’t be back in session until July.
