A sexual harassment suit filed in the U.S. against Elton John by a former security guard has been dismissed.
Los Angeles police captain Jeffrey Wenninger had sued the British pop star in March for sexual harassment and battery for three alleged incidents that went down while he worked for him.
But this week Wenninger's lawyer requested that the court dismiss the suit, TMZ reported on Thursday.
A sexual harassment suit filed in the U.S. against Elton John by former security guard Jeffrey Wenninger, pictured with the star in 2014, has been dismissed, TMZ reported Thursday
Wenninger, in court documents, had claimed he was groped by the singer while he was working off-duty on the Grammy winner's security detail.
He also alleged he'd been subjected to sexually suggestive comments by Elton in early 2014, with the Rocket Man putting his hand in his pants and at one point telling him, 'Get your todger out.'
He claimed there were several incidents like this during his employment, which ended in September 2014.

Wenninger's lawsuit stated that 'unwelcome touching' by the star occurred on several occasions over the course of several years that he was employed to provide security services for the musician.
Wenninger received the LAPD's Medal of Valor for being part of a group of officers who helped evacuate 80 senior citizens from a burning retirement home in 1996.
In July this year, Elton is reported to have settled out-of-court with a male employee whom he sacked in mid-2015.
Elton, who strongly denied any wrongdoing, is understood to have paid the man a six-figure sum, with the sexual harassment claims subsequently withdrawn.
